The overall site, which spans over 27 acres, is knit together using a vocabulary of pitch pines and other native plant material commonly found along the shoreline.

A natural playground and new entry walls are the focal design features within this master plan. The entry walls help define a clear threshold welcoming residents and visitors to the development. Using New England field stone, the stacked stone walls are designed with a granite plinth extending beyond to embrace the new signage.

The natural playground is situated further within the site among pine knoll landforms designed to anchor the generous amenity space located behind a cluster of residential buildings. Two play mounds dominate the natural playground, which is designed to help foster creative and independent thinking in children with the integration of natural materials plenty of planting within the space.
