SiteCreative developed the landscape master plan and subsequent construction documents for the site including a new entry courtyard, terrace and patio areas, pool renovation, spa, and connections to these spaces from various house entrances. Grade changes between the house and lower pool area enhance views to the river while maintaining definition of outdoor rooms and uses. Clean, contemporary spaces adjacent to the house transition smoothly to the natural wooded landscape beyond.
